Below are a few frequently asked questions.

This is not a feel better quick program though you will feel better the moment you follow the recommendations of the Protocol.

Getting to the Hormone Sweet Spot™ is a metamorphosis process that takes place over a period of time involving dietary and lifestyle changes, and most likely hormone therapy. 

It typically takes about 12-18 months to feel the full benefits of the Protocol and hormones, if on the right HRT. 

Most likely. If your ovaries are healthy enough to be able to produce the amount of estrogen your brain and body require to function, then you may not need hormone therapy right away.  The goal is to get your ovaries (if you still have them and they're functioning) to produce adequate amounts of estrogen again.  If your ovaries are not present or are too dysfunctional, then you may need advanced hormone therapy to achieve your personal Hormone Sweet Spot

You will learn what kind of hormone therapy you will need and how to find a good hormone doctor to prescribe them in this course.

The overall health of the menstrual cycle reflects the overall health of the woman.

The goal is to get your hormones in a state of optimal and healthy reproductive prime to establish and maintain a regular, incident-free menstrual cycle if you have a uterus.  Women without a uterus will not have regular periods but will reap the benefits of optimal hormone health in every other way. 

As long as you follow the dietary, lifestyle, and hormone therapy recommendations, you can stay in your personal Hormone Sweet Spot™ for as long as you want to feel good.

For most women, if you address perimenopause as the hormone deficiency disease that it is, you can reverse it and prevent it as long as your hormones are maintained in your sweet spot.

If treated as the hormone deficiency disease that it is, menopause can be completely avoided for most women if optimal hormone levels are achieved and maintained in the Hormone Sweet Spot

If on the right HRT system, menopause can be reversed to varying degrees depending on how long a woman has been post-menopausal.  There are four stages of post-menopause and the longer a woman has been in post-menopause, the less likely she is to reverse it. 

The Hormone Sweet Spot course is for most women but not all women depending on how healthy you are, and how long you've been deprived of hormones.  This course was clinically engineered for generally healthy women so if you have a lot of health issues, you may not achieve the same result as a woman who is generally healthy, though you will benefit from what you learn in this course.

Probably not.  Getting to your Hormone Sweet Spot is a process that takes place over a period of time, and requires the right diet, lifestyle, hormone doctor, and hormone replacement system all coming into alignment.  This course will teach you what you need to do with those four components to get your hormones balanced.  

No.  Getting to the Hormone Sweet Spot™ will mostly be up to the hormone therapy you take, the doctor you go to, and the concerted effort and energy you put into following the recommendations of the Protocol. 

Proper hormone balancing  is dependent on the general health of the woman.  If you are generally unhealthy, you will have a harder time getting your hormones balanced.  If you are generally healthy, you are more likely to get your hormones balanced.

This course is designed to help most women get their hormones balanced but it won't work for everyone even if you do everything right, but you will still gain some benefits.
