Hormonal imbalance negatively affects how a woman feels, how she thinks, and how she behaves, no matter how old she is.

What Is Hormonal Imbalance?

What does it really mean to be hormonally imbalanced?

Hormonal imbalance is when your female main-sex hormones (estrogen and progesterone) are not producing or functioning at optimal levels (which impact the production and functionality of other hormones) and as a result, your mental state, emotions, behavior, and physical body are negatively affected to varying degrees depending on the extend of your hormonal imbalance.

Hormonal Imbalance

Hormonal imbalance symptoms affect women in five ways: menstrual bleeding disorders; vegetative symptoms; psychosomatic symptoms; somatotrophic changes; and metabolic changes, and most can be avoided and reversed if hormones are maintained in the Hormone Sweet Spot

If you've been told that you have to live with the symptoms of hormonal imbalance, then you've been misinformed.  Get your life back and find your personal Hormone Sweet Spot™ today.

It's going to have to be you to take charge of your own hormone health.  Arm yourself with knowledge.

The Hormone Sweet Spot

The Hormone Sweet Spot is place of true hormone balance; a mental and physical sense of well-being where a woman cannot imagine feeling any better than she does, and her lab work concurs in specific optimal ranges with how she feels.

When a woman is in her Hormone Sweet Spot™ she is no longer in perimenopause or menopause.

Find your Hormone Sweet Spot™ today.

Hormonal imbalance can happen to any woman at any time no matter her age; and profoundly affects her mood, mental state, and disposition in a harsh and negative manner, and will continue to get worse until hormones are properly balanced.

Women Of All Ages Suffer From Hormonal Imbalance

Millennial women suffer more mental and physical anguish than their mothers and grandmothers did at the same age.  Handed down a set of dysfunctional ovaries, most women in their 20s and 30s endure menstrual irregularities, PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, early menopause, premature menopause, and the conditions listed above.  Along with these conditions, millennial women are not transitioning into a hormonal state of reproductive prime that their fore-mothers did due to transgenerational ovarian dysfunction and endocrine disrupting compounds, worsening with each generation.  This does and will continue to cause mental, physical, and reproductive dysfunction unless properly addressed.  Standard of care medicine, conventional or otherwise, will treat the symptoms of endocrine dysfunction while keeping a woman in a state of hormone deficiency.  Most of these women will never be able to produce the amount of hormones their brains and bodies require to thrive and adequately function the way nature intended.  Unfortunately, these pre-menopausal young women will suffer more and longer than any other group of women because they will spend their entire lives in a state of hypoestrogenism and hormonal imbalance; and ride the exercise wheel of conventional and functional medicines treating the symptoms of conditions that wouldn't otherwise exist if hormones were properly balanced.

The smartest thing millennial women can do about this is to restore main-sex hormones to a healthy reproductive prime with the right hormone replacement therapy, dosed in the right amounts, and administered in the right manner by a doctor who knows what they're doing; and accompany that HRT regimen with a nutrition and lifestyle program clinically designed for optimal hormone balancing and support.  Maintaining reproductive levels of your main-sex hormones establishes/restores an incident-free and sustainable period so you never have to experience menopause. Ever.

Perimenopause is one of the worse things a woman can go through.  It is not unusual for a woman to begin the perimenopausal transition as young as her early thirties.  The new age of the onset of perimenopause is 37 and that age is getting younger and younger with each generation.  Perimenopause is a four-stage process of ovarian failure and hormonal decline until the one-year date of the last period, which is the menopause.  For most women, the four stages of perimenopause are riddled with mental, emotional, behavioral, and physical symptoms and disorders that intensify with each phase.  In addition, women who wait to have children until their thirties will experience a more intense, quick, and severe menopause never really bouncing back hormonally to what they were pre-pregnancy. With each child, the body will bounce back less and less leaving a woman depressed, fat, and unable to connect with others including loved ones.

Perimenopause is a rude awakening for most women as they feel their minds and bodies decline, and further realize this is the beginning of the end. Women and doctors don't realize that 90% of the symptoms women go to the doctor for are due to declining main-sex hormones and are left untreated or mistreated. Conventional and functional medicine approaches only treat the symptoms of hormonal imbalance keeping women in a state of hypoestrogenism; never restoring female hormones to healthy reproductive levels which reverses perimenopause and the symptoms of it.

While most perimenopausal women will never be able to produce healthy reproductive levels of their own main-sex hormones, starting an advanced hormone restoration therapy will keep you out of perimenopause and menopause. Perimenopause is the best time to restore hormones to the "Hormone Sweet Spot", and keep them balanced indefinitely to never have to experience menopause.

Menopause is a particular period of time, not something you go through or are in. Menopause is the one-year mark of not having a period, and anything after this is referred to as post-menopause. Just like with perimenopause, there are four phases of post menopause, with symptoms and ailments worsening with each phase. The longer a woman is in post menopause, the greater the deterioration and degeneration of her mind and body. It is not unusual for a woman in her forties to go into menopause. The average age of menopause now is 48 with more and more diagnosis of women having menopause as young as teens and 20s.

Estrogen levels dictate the health of menstrual cycles and periods and whether you experience menopause or not. When estrogen gets low enough, periods will stop creating a menopausal experience. Women in their 40s and 50s typically do not feel very well mentally or physically due to the years of hormonal decline and anguish through the perimenopause process. Menopause is preventable if properly addressed when a woman is in perimenopause or before, and is reversible to varying degrees depending on how long a woman has been in post menopause. The goal is to prevent menopause with the right hormone replacement therapy, dosed in the right amounts, and administered in the right manner by a doctor who knows how to reverse menopause with advanced hormone therapies.

Most women spend most of their lives with hormonal imbalance and have no idea what it feels like to organically feel good most of the time.

It's time to be happy.

What Inspired The Hormone Sweet Spot Course & Membership?

So Women Can Take Control Of Their Own Hormone Health

Hello and thank you for checking out my page on how I help women get their hormones balanced.

The inspiration to develop The Hormone Sweet Spot™ Course and Membership came from the amount of hormonally out of balance women looking for hormone coaching by someone with training and clinical experience but had no where to turn.

There aren't a lot of hormone coaches in this country, and even fewer with advanced training, clinical experience, knowledge in all forms of female HRT, or what it means to be truly hormonally balanced.  The demand for good hormone coaches is high and with a full practice, I have to turn down a lot of women looking for hormone balancing help. This didn't sit well with me.

It is because of this need I decided to put together a digital course and continuing education membership to lay out what every woman needs to know about how to get hormones balanced the right way, restore a healthy menstrual cycle, and how to avoid and reverse perimenopause or menopause for as long as she wants.

It will ultimately be up to you to direct your hormone health care so if you need a little or a lot of help getting to your personal  Hormone Sweet Spot, I can help you.
