Marie's Podcast Mission

To help women understand the truth about estrogen and female hormone balancing, and what they can do about it. I do this by sharing my personal struggle as a patient with hormone deficiency, and my hormone balancing journey with HRT.

To open up dialogue about advanced female hormone balancing and the mental and physical benefits of maintaining optimal hormone levels for life. I do this by sharing my 20 years of professional experience as a clinical hormone coach and thousands of hours of professional education and clinical application training in functional and anti-aging medicine.

To create awareness about the need for proper research on estrogen and advanced hormone replacement therapy protocols, and female HRT clinical application training for prescribers. I do this by discussing my years of investigative research on estrogen, estrogen deficiency diseases, and the mental and physical benefits of fully restored estrogen and hormone replacement therapy protocols.

EPISODES

Topic Format

The Moxie Briefing (News/Studies)

This is where I take what’s in the headlines—new studies, trending articles, and “expert” claims—and translate them into clinical reality. You’ll hear what the data actually shows, what it does not prove, and why so many women are being misguided and left hormonally deficient. Expect clarity, context, and practical direction—so you can stop guessing and start making decisions from a position of knowledge, strength, and understanding.

Best for you if: you’re tired of contradictory menopause messaging and misinformation, and want a smarter, experienced lens.

Clinical Indicator Series (Symptoms)

This series is dedicated to the real-world signs of hormone decline that women are told to normalize, tolerate, or treat with ineffective low-dose HRT. Each episode focuses on one clinical indicator—what it looks like, why it happens, what it means physiologically, and what typically changes when women get enough of the right hormones. This is education designed to help you connect the dots between how you feel and your hormone levels.

Best for you if: you want to understand your symptoms as clinical data—and how restoring estrogen and other deficient hormones reverses or significantly improves each one.

Trends & Truths (Social)

This format tackles what women are hearing in social media conversations—what’s popular, what’s persuasive, what’s misleading, and what’s dangerous. I’ll break down claims, correct misinformation, and give insight into the clinical truth. If you’ve ever felt confused by what’s circulating online, this is the episode type that re-centers you in truth and strategy.

Best for you if: you’re sorting through a flood of hormone advice and want a clinically grounded compass.

The Moxie Review (Products)

Hormone health is full of products that promise relief from the symptoms associated with perimenopause or menopause, or give advice on hormone balancing, and many of them are useless. In fact, they could make matters much worse. In The Moxie Review, we evaluate supplements, devices, books, services, and “solutions” through a clinical and pragmatic lens: what to stay away from, what may help, what’s marketing, and what you may want to consider. You’ll leave with better discernment, fewer wasted dollars, and a clearer view of what actually helps with hormone balancing.

Best for you if: you want to know the hormonal truth.

Ask Moxie (Q&A)

This is your direct line to the questions women are afraid to ask—or have asked repeatedly and never gotten a real answer. You submit the question, and I answer it with precision, clinical logic, and practical next steps. Some episodes will be short and punchy; others will be deeper, depending on what the question requires.

Best for you if: you want a straight answer from a decades-experienced female hormone practitioner who uses no fluff and respects your intelligence.

Moxie Roundtable (Discussion Panel)

Roundtable episodes bring voices together—patients, clinicians, and expert perspectives—to talk through a hormone topic that deserves more than a monologue. These are high-clarity conversations designed to challenge conventional narratives, what women experience in real life, and outline what actually changes when hormones are handled with seriousness and skill. You can submit questions ahead of time, and your questions will shape the discussion.

Best for you if: you want to hear multiple angles and experiences, and walk away with a wider, sharper understanding of female hormone balancing.
